t: how about liu tao. what is he going to do ? let’s listen to the tape.
step2. presentation.
1.listen and answer
1) listen to the tape.
2) answer the questions:
a. what is he going to do ?( write a letter.)
b. who is he going to write to?(peter.)
c. why?(because he would like to be his penfriend.)
3) teach “letter”and “penfriend”
4) retell this part according to the key words.
2. come to the second part.
1) answer my question “liu tao is going to write a letter, so what does he neeed?”
2) teach “some writing paper, an envelope, some stamps”
3) listen to the tape.
4) answer two questions:
a. who’s peter ?
b. where does he live?
5) imitate.
3. read and answer.
1) read the last part by themselves.
t: now , we know peter is an english boy, he lives in london. let’s learn more about him, read this part , try to remember the informations, the more the better.
